The members of TEN:NINE all come from different backgrounds. We all attend different churches (except for Mike and Dawn, who are married, so it just makes sense that they attend the same one). We all do have some things in common though. We all know that Jesus is the coolest man that ever walked the Earth. We also know that rock and metal music is in our hearts as well. We all learned to play our instruments well before we were saved, but all decided that the best way to use them is by showing people what Jesus can do. He gave us the talent, he gave us the will and patience to learn, but most of all he took our sins. This led us to believe that the only way to use what has been given is by raising Jesus' name and let everyone that we come in contact with what he has done and what he can do now. By the way, this is us:

This is Chad. He plays guitar and sings a little. Does a little song writing or helps out with it anyway. He uses Schecter and Ibanez guitars (depending on the mood) hooked up to a Line 6 PodXT Live. This is connected to his Peavey Classic 50/50 power amp by way of a BBE Sonic Maximizer. All of it comes out through his Crate 4x12 cabinet that has been around for some time. This thing has been beating out tunes for well over 12 years and still keeps going. Just waiting for it to blow...lol. Chad also does a little web site updating for us...(yeah, it's me typing..lol) Have any suggestions for the site or want to report a problem with it, email chad@tenninemusic.com. (I'M TO BLAME!! MuaHAHA!)

This is Michael Mills. He plays Ddrums percussion using Zildjian cymbals and various hardware. He uses CAD microphones to "mike" (lol) up his kit. I honestly have no idea what type of sticks he uses...hmm. I'll have to ask him that one. He's been playing drums since he could walk, but took a little time to play guitar (which he's awesome at as well). Other than beating things, he also writes and records as well. He also helps out on the vocals some while we're on stage. I also need to point out that his Dad, Phillip, works our sound system when it's at all possible. I have to admit, the man does a fine job. He's great at bringing out the vocals and making everything mix wonderfully. You need a good sound man? Contact us, We'll get you in touch with a great one!

Our singer and front(wo)man Dawn has been singing for some time. I can't say she's been singing rock or metal. Out of all of us, she is the one that has been using her talent for the right reason the longest. She has sang in church many times and for many years. She loves the Lord and loves to sing for him.

This is Chris Hunter. Bassist, Earth Shaker extraordinair! Been playing bass for years and has a killer sense of when to throw down the "low down" when it's really needed. A youth leader at his home church, and a spritual leader within TEN:NINE, his knowledge of the Bible and faith in the Lord isn't surpassed by many. He has strong roots and a wonderful testimony that's sure to touch your heart. If that doesn't work, he'll just turn it up a few more db!

Donate to TEN:NINE!

Again, thank you.
