How to connect an amplifier to my 97 206 Larson boats?
I connect my subwoofer and amplifier to my boat, but do not know how to really .. I connected systems in cars before but never a boat. I want to be able to switch the amplifier on / off via the switch as .. Is it a good idea to connect a subwoofer to run? Do I need two batteries or a larger alternator? I'll tell you what kind of amplifier and speakers which has its kx300.2 kicker amplifier to a sheriff toby .. If anyone can help please .. Tell me everything u know it would be very appreciated ..
A second battery is a good idea to that the transition to competition. You have to get a "guest" mix switch that lets you change the battery 1 or 2 to listen to the radio but not implementation. This allows you to have a good battery to start if you accidentally run down. And yes it should have a blue remote power switch in the amplifier to give you the option to turn off with out the other speaker. The other is running the wiring as in a car just harder on a boat, but can be done.
