How to create a warmer sound in a solid body electric without changing pills? What I can use the pedals?
I can play some things about jazz and want to create a warmer tone. Is it necessary to change the pills or I can use a compressor pedal or something else? "The DOD FX84 Milk Box Compressor pedal is useful or at least a good idea?
Well … the effects pedals is an endless amount of possibilities. First, try just turning the Volume control less than 1 / 2 way up on his guitar. This will reduce the amount of gain through their pills … the resulting in less distortion. Use the amplifier's volume control to the actual volume of sound you hear coming from your amp. After that, adjust the tone control just slightly and should be fair about where you want to be. If that does not just work for you, of course, there is another zillion effects pedals that will help you find the sound you are looking for. Stevie Ray Vaughan used a pedal made by Ibanez, called the "Tube Screamer". It was everything from very clean, like ring tones for a premium wide pair support this pedal. Do not let the word "Screamer" discourage you from trying. Again, when you reduce the gain of the pedal, you will receive a much warm, jazzy sound that you with it open. Listen to a variety of music from Stevie and see if that's not the sound that you might be shooting. Listen to your songs "Riviera Paradise", "Little Wing" or "Lenny" safely. Hope this helps.
